Wawa Aba, Akan Adinkra, Wawa a traditional symbol of hardiness and perseverance.  Wawa is also the name of a tropical hardwood that can be sourced locally in Ghana, it grows in West and Central Africa.

Bamikele Atoghu Ndop, the hand beaten cloth of Kings, the traditional fabric of Bamum society, used historically also as currency in barter trade, is today classified as a national treasure and heritage of Cameroun.  It is symbolically linked to the power of spirits.  Re presented on clay, intricate hand finished designs.
